Deliverability

The inbox is earned. Here's how we earn it.

Deliverability isn't a feature you toggle - it's the sum of authentication, hygiene, reputation and protocol compliance. We handle all four, continuously.

    Validate

Every address is checked on import, and bulk validation jobs verify deliverability with the mailbox provider before you send. Disposable domains, typos and undeliverable addresses filtered out before they cost you reputation.

    Authenticate

SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your own domain with guided DNS setup and live verification. Aligned sending - no shared "via" domains.

    Send

Amazon SES infrastructure with managed, rate-limited throughput - so bursts don't trip mailbox providers' filters.

    Listen

Bounces and complaints stream back in real time via feedback loops. Hard bounces suppressed instantly, platform-wide.

    Protect

RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe, signed tracking links and bot filtering keep your metrics honest and your domain clean - exactly what Gmail and Yahoo's sender rules demand.

    List hygiene

Your list gets cleaner every send.

Suppression is global and automatic: hard bounces, complaints and unsubscribes can never be emailed again - even if they're re-imported by accident. Bulk validation jobs scrub large lists in the background, and risky addresses are flagged before they hurt you.

    First-party tracking

    Tracking on your domain.

Opens, clicks and website events run through your own branded tracking domain - not a shared one whose reputation you can't control. Links are cryptographically signed so they can't be forged or enumerated, and expire where it makes sense.

    • Custom tracking domains with automatic TLS
    • Signed unsubscribe & web-version links

    Deliverability questions, answered.

Mailbox providers score every incoming email on three things: authentication (is the sender who they claim to be), reputation (how recipients have reacted to this sender before) and content signals. Authentication comes from SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your domain. Reputation is built by low bounce and complaint rates, which is what list hygiene and a sunset policy exist for. Get those right and the inbox is the default, not the exception.

Three DNS records that let receiving mail servers verify your email. SPF lists the servers allowed to send for your domain, DKIM adds a cryptographic signature proving the message was not altered, and DMARC ties both to the visible from-address and tells receivers what to do on failure. We generate all three with guided setup and live verification - or read the plain-language explainer.

Amazon SES is the sending infrastructure behind some of the highest-volume senders on the internet, with the IP reputation and throughput that comes with it. We run the platform on top: authentication, feedback loops, suppression, list hygiene and protocol compliance - you get SES-grade infrastructure without operating it.

Bounce and complaint notifications come back from SES in real time. Hard bounces and complainers are suppressed automatically and never emailed again, which protects your sender reputation - and suppressed contacts never count toward your bill.
