Campaigns
Create, send and measure one-off email campaigns.
A campaign is a one-off send: a newsletter, a product launch, a seasonal promotion. You pick the audience (a list, a segment, or both), design the email in the editor or with the AI builder, and send now or schedule for later. Campaigns are the manual counterpart to automations, which fire on their own when something happens.
Two campaign features are worth knowing before your first send. Unique store coupons mint a separate discount code for every recipient on your connected Shopify or WooCommerce store at send time, so codes cannot leak to coupon sites. And merge tags personalize each copy of the email with the recipient's name, fields or a store coupon, with fallback values for contacts where data is missing.
After sending, the statistics page shows opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and, with a connected store, the revenue attributed to the campaign. Bot activity is filtered out of the numbers, so what you see reflects people, not link scanners. A good habit from the first send: pick your audience with a segment rather than the full list, and compare campaigns against each other rather than against global benchmarks - your own history is the baseline that matters. The guides below cover the full journey from draft to numbers.
