Email editor and templates
The block editor, HTML editor, AI builder, merge tags and template syntax.
There are three ways to build an email, and they cover different needs. The block editor is drag-and-drop: text, images, buttons and product blocks assembled visually, no code required. The HTML editor gives full control for hand-coded templates. And the AI builder drafts a complete design from a short brief, edits an existing design on instruction, and can review a finished email and suggest improvements - always using your real synced products, never invented ones.
Whichever editor you use, two systems work across all of them. Merge tags ({{firstName}}, {{coupon_code}} and the rest) personalize each copy at send time, and every available tag is listed in the merge tag reference. Template syntax loops over products and order contents in store-triggered emails, so an abandoned cart email can show the actual cart.
Templates you save are reusable in campaigns and automations alike, and previews render with sample products from your store so you see what recipients will see, not raw code.
